Let's see what's installed and auto-loading, and if any obvious issues need to be addressed. Very seriously considering trying to reload vista but I have to find all my softwaRe discs. So I'm sure I can clean that up but not sure exactly what I need to keep. I have a ton of things on startup and services tabs from the msconfig window. I,ll even click on a window several times with nothing and then five windows will open with the same thing. It gets the Not Responding message occasionally or just plain takes a very long time. Separate from start up and processing speeds, Internet Explorer (IE 8) super slow (on any Internet connection). My Vaio has become slower and slower and now is Terrible.
